Ingredients
  • 2 cups butter, softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin
  • 4 cups flour
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. In a large bowl cream the butter, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until combined
  4. Beat in the pumpkin
  5. Add the flour into the mixture
  6. Drop dough by heaping teaspoons about 2" apart on cookie sheet
  7. Bake about 10-12 minutes or until the tops appear set.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 2¼ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box Flan Instant Pudding
  • 1 tsp Rum Extract
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Sift the flour and baking soda together in a small bowl and set aside
  2. Soften the butter and add the brown and white sugars. Mix until creamy.
  3. Add the pudding mix; if there is a caramel package in the box add that too. Mix well.
  4. Add the two eggs, mixing well after each.
  5. Stir in the Rum extract
  6. Add the flour mixture a little at a time until it is all mixed in
  7. Stir in the white chocolate chips
  8. Place dough on a baking sheet with parchment paper about 2" apart and bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees until they just start turning brown.
  9. Allow them to cool a minute or so before removing to cool completely.

Ingredients
  • 32 oz white chocolate, melted
  • 4 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1½ cups chopped walnuts
  • 1 bag mini marshmallows
  • 5 oz dried cranberries
  • 5 oz dried cherries
  • 1 oz dried strawberries
  • 3 cups rice crispies
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Microwave the white chocolate and vegetable oil together and stir until smooth; stir the rice crispies into the chocolate.
  2. Mix the other ingredients together in a separate bowl.
  3. Reserve two cups of the mixture; add the rest into the melted white chocolate and stir until well mixed.
  4. Line a 9"x11" pan with aluminum foil
  5. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  6. Spread the two cups of reserved mixture on top of the white chocolate and press it down with your hands.
  7. Refrigerate for several hours until firm (or overnight).
  8. Remove from pan using the foil and cut into squares with a sharp knife

Ingredients
  • 2 Family Size Brownie mixes
  • 2 16-18 oz Sugar Cookie dough
  • ½ cup caramel
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional) or
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • ½ cup each of chopped candy bars (Snickers, Milky Way, 3 Musketeer, etc)
  • 12 oz chocolate, melted
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup toffee bits
Instructions
  1. Prepare a 13x9 pan by lining it with aluminum foil
  2. Press one package of Sugar Cookie dough into the prepared pan, making sure it covers the whole bottom Sprinkle the optional chopped nuts or chips on top of the dough.
  3. Prepare one package of brownie mix using the ingredients on the box. Pour it on top of the sugar cookie dough.
  4. Bake as the brownie box directs, usually about 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  5. Let the brownie/sugar cookie cool a little and then lift it out of the pan using the aluminum foil. Let cool completely.
  6. Prepare the 13x9 pan with aluminum foil again and repeat the steps with the sugar cookie dough and brownie mix.
  7. Once both brownies are done and cooled, drizzle melted caramel on top of one of them. Sprinkle chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts or peanuts or shredded coconut) into the caramel.
  8. Place the other brownie directly on top of the caramel.
  9. Place the chopped candy bar pieces on top of the upper brownie. Using a spoon, cover the pieces and brownie with melted chocolate. Don't worry if it drips off the sides.
  10. Sprinkle white chocolate chips and toffee pieces onto the still melted chocolate.
  11. Refrigerate about an hour so the chocolate will harden.

Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • ¾ cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbs vanilla
  • 1½ cups flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
Instructions
  1. Combine the softened butter, sugar, egg, vanilla and beat until creamy
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together
  3. Refrigerate batter for at least 2 hours
  4. Roll into 1" balls and place on cooking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes-do not overbake
  6. Cool for five minutes before placing on wire rack

Ingredients
  • 21 oz white chocolate
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 2 tsp mint extract
  • green food coloring
  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter and white chocolate together in the microwave. Run the microwave only 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each run, to make sure the white chocolate does not burn.
  2. Stir in the mint extract and green food coloring
  3. Stir in ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  4. Add the sweetened condensed milk to the white chocolate. NOTE. Add this last; it will cause the chocolate to seize up.
  5. Press the mixture into an 8"x8" pan lined with wax paper and sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup chips on top. Press chips into top.
  6. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before cutting into squares

Ingredients
  • 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • ¾ cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup red wine
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2½ cups flour
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together in the microwave, stirring until combined
  3. Add sugar and mix together
  4. Blend in eggs, wine and vanilla
  5. Add flour and cayenne pepper, stir until mixed
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour or until dough is easy to handle
  7. Shape in 1" balls and place on cookie sheet
  8. Bake 9-10 minutes
  9. Let stand one minute before transferring to wire rack

Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tbs vanilla
  • heaping ½ cup of extra crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter M&M's
  • ½ cup Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
  • ⅓ cup Heath Bar toffee bits
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Prepare an 8x8 baking pan with foil
  3. Melt the butter, then add the egg after the butter has cooled.
  4. Stir the brown sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add the peanut butter and mix well.
  6. Add the flour and stir until just combined
  7. Add all remaining pieces and mix together
  8. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top lightly. Place some M&M's on top.
  9. Bake for about 30 minutes or top is set.
  10. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes before slicing.

  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbs butter, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • 1 tbs flour
  • 1¼ cups all purpose flour
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 6 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • ¾ cup butter, melted
  • 2¼ cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¾ coarsely chopped walnuts, optional
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Prepare a 13x9x2 baking pan
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and softened butter together until mixed well
  3. Add the ½ cup sugar, then the egg, pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and 1 tbs flour. Set aside
  4. Stir together the 1¼ cup flour, baking powder and salt, set aside.
  5. Melt the chocolate and ¾ cup butter together. Gradually add the 2¼ cup sugar, beating until combined.
  6. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well each time.
  7. Stir in the milk and vanilla, then beat in the flour mixture until combined.
  8. Spread chocolate mixture evenly over the pan, then spoon the pumpkin mixture over that. Swirl through both layers with a spoon or knife to mix together.
  9. Sprinkle with walnuts (optional).
  10. Bake about 60 minutes or until the center is just set when pan is gently shaken.
  11. Cool on wire rack.

Ingredients
  • 1 pouch of sugar cookie mix (17.5 oz)
  • 1 cup of candy bar bites (milky way or snickers, etc)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375.
  2. Spray a 9 by 13 pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  3. Mix the cookie mix and press it into the bottom of the pan.
  4. Top the cookie dough with the Milky Way bars and the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the bars.
  6. Bake for 25 to 28 minutes or until the whole top is a golden brown.
  7. Let cool.
