Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients
  • 12 oz chocolate, melted
  • 6-8 oz butter, melted
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 pint strawberries
Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate with butter, mix well
  2. Add vanilla and stir together
  3. Clean strawberries and pat dry on paper towel
  4. Insert a toothpick through the green cap of a strawberry, and dip into chocolate
  5. Place on waxed paper
  6. Refrigerate until chilled

 

No Bake Oreo Cheesecake

No Bake Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg Oreo Cookies, divided
  • ¼ cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • 4 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip
Instructions
  1. Chop 15 cookies, set aside
  2. Crush the remaining cookies, mix with butter; press onto bottom of 13x9" pan. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in large bowl
  4. Stir in Cool Whip and chopped cookies
  5. Spoon over crust evenly
  6. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm

Ingredients
  • 35 Oreo cookies crumbs
  • 6 tbs (3/4 stick) butter, melted
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tbs cold milk
  • 1 tub (12 oz) Cool Whip
  • 3¼ cups cold milk
  • 2 pkg (3.4 oz) chocolate instant pudding mix
Instructions
  1. Mix cookie crumbs and butter together; press into bottom of 13x9" pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and 2 tbs milk in bowl with whisk until blended.
  3. Stir in 1¼ cups of Cool Whip
  4. Spread over crust
  5. Mix 3¼ cups milk and pudding mixes until well blended
  6. Spoon evenly over cream cheese
  7. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding level
  8. Refrigerate at least 4 hours

 

New York Style Cheesecake

Ingredients
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • 3 tbs butter, melted
  • 5 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbs flour
  • 1 tbs vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling (or blueberry or blackberries)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  2. Mix crumbs, butter and sugar; press onto bottom of 13x9" pan
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla in large bowl until blended
  4. Add sour cream and mix well
  5. Add eggs; mix well
  6. Pour over crust and spread evenly
  7. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set
  8. Cool completely
  9. Top with pie filling

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg brownie mix (13x9" size)
  • 4 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Prepare brownie mix as directed on package
  3. Pour brownie mix into 13x9" pan; bake 15 minutes or into top of brownie is shiny
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl until blended
  5. Add sour cream, mix well
  6. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing each after adding
  7. Pour over partially baked brownie batter
  8. Bake 40 more minutes or until center is almost set
  9. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight
  10. Drizzle with melted chocolate

 

No Bake Fruit Smoothie Cheesecake

No Bake Fruit Smoothie Cheesecake

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 4 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 12 oz frozen mixed berries, thawed and drained
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip
Instructions
  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter and sugar; press firmly onto bottom of 13x9" pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and ½ cup sugar in bowl until mixed
  3. Smash drained berries with fork and stir into cream cheese mixture
  4. Stir in two cups of Cool Whip.
  5. Spoon over crust and spread evenly
  6. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Top with remaining Cool Whip

 

Strawberry Lemon Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 round angel food cake
  • 1¼ cups cold milk
  • 1 pkg (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • 2 cups strawberries, chopped, divided
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 6 whole strawberries, halved
Instructions
  1. Place cake on serving plate
  2. Cut ¾" thick slice off top of cake; set slice aside
  3. Carefully hollow out center of cake, leaving 1" thick shell on bottom and sides
  4. Pour milk into medium bowl and add pudding mix. Beat until well blended
  5. Stir in lemon extract. Remove ½ cup of pudding and set aside
  6. Spoon 1 cup chopped strawberries into cake shell
  7. Spoon Remaining pudding over strawberries
  8. Replace top of cake
  9. Add remaining 1 cup chopped strawberries in center hole of cake
  10. Add Cool Whip to remaining pudding, stir until well blended
  11. Spread onto top and sides of cake
  12. Refrigerate at least one hour; garnish with strawberry halves

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 6 tbs (3/4 stick) butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup dried cranberries
  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Sift together the dry ingredients
  3. Beat butter and sugar together until very smooth
  4. Beat in the eggs
  5. Mix in dry ingredients until blended
  6. Stir in cranberries and chocolate chips
  7. Divide dough; shape each piece into a 12" long, ½" thick log
  8. Bake for 25 minutes, cool 20 minutes
  9. Slice into ½" thick cookies. Stand them on edge and bake for 15 more minutes

Ingredients
  • 2¼ cups flour
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1½ sticks butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  2. Whisk together the dry ingredients
  3. Beat the butter, sugar and lemon extract together
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each one
  5. Stir in the vanilla
  6. Blend in the dry ingredients and milk
  7. Divide the batter among three 5¾" loaf pans and bake 45-50 minutes
  8. Cool completely

Ingredients
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1¼ cups sugar, divided
  • 6 tbs butter, melted

  • 1 tsp lemon extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  2. Mix crumbs and melted butter and ¼ cup of sugar together
  3. Reserve ¼ cup of crumb mixture
  4. Press remaining mixture into bottom of 13x9" pan; set aside
  5. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in large bowl until well blended
  6. Add sour cream and mix well
  7. Stir in lemon juice and lemon extract. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each one.
  8. Pour over crust; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture
  9. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set
  10. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight
