Peanut Butter Blonde Brownie

Peanut Butter Blonde Brownie

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbs butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz semisweet chocolate
  • 8 oz butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 2¼ cups brown sugar
  • 1½ tsp vanilla
  • 1¼ cup flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
Instructions
  1. Peanut butter swirl
  2. Cream peanut butter and butter together
  3. Slowly mix in powdered sugar
  4. Mix in vanilla; set aside
  5. Brownie
  6. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  7. Prepare a 13x9" pan
  8. Melt chocolate and butter together and stir
  9. Mix eggs and sugar in with chocolate
  10. Stir in vanilla
  11. Add flour, baking soda and salt and mix together
  12. Pour batter into pan, Spoon peanut butter mixture on top and swirl together with knife
  13. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a knife in the center comes out clean
  14. Cool on wire rack

 

Chocolate Mint Brownies

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 2½ cups flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • Frosting
  • 4 tbs butter, softened
  • 2 tbs evaporated milk
  • 2 cups confectioner's sugar
  • ½ tsp peppermint extract
  • Drizzle
  • 3 oz chocolate, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, F
  2. Prepare a 13x9" baking pan
  3. Cream sugar and butter until fluffy
  4. Beat in eggs and melted chocolate until well blended
  5. Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture
  6. Stir in vanilla
  7. Spread into pan and bake for 35 minutes or until a knife comes out clean from the middle
  8. Cool in pan
  9. Mix mint frosting ingredients until creamy and spread on cooled brownies
  10. Drizzle melted chocolate lightly over frosting
  11. Refrigerate for 1 hour

Ingredients
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick), melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup M&Ms
  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
  • ⅓ cup Heath Bar Toffee Bits
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Line an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, set aside.
  3. Melt the butter in the microwave
  4. Wait momentarily before adding the egg so you don't scramble it.
  5. Add the egg, brown sugar, vanilla, and whisk until smooth.
  6. Add the peanut butter and stir until smooth
  7. Add the flour and stir until just combined
  8. Add all remaining ingredients.
  9. Pour batter into pan, smoothing the top lightly with a spatula.
  10. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until top is set.

 

Layered Cookie/Brownie Bars

Ingredients
  • Your favorite brownie recipe or mix (family size, 13"x9")
  • 60 caramels, unwrapped and melted
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup English toffee bits
  • Your favorite chocolate chip recipe
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Prepare your brownie recipe or mix as per the instructions
  3. Pour brownie mix into a 13"x9" pan
  4. Bake in oven for about 30 minutes or until brownie is nearly completely done; remove from oven
  5. Microwave caramels and condensed milk for a minute, stir and repeat microwaving until completely mixed.
  6. Stir in peanut butter until completely mixed
  7. Pour caramel mixture over partially baked brownie
  8. Evenly sprinkle toffee bits and chocolate chips over caramel layer; set aside
  9. Prepare chocolate chip recipe as directed by instructions
  10. Place chocolate chip dough on wax paper and flatten until about ½ inch thick
  11. Place flattened dough over caramel layer; fill in gaps between dough pieces
  12. Bake in oven for about 20-30 minutes until cookie dough is golden brown

 

Glazed Peanut Butter Chip Brownies

Ingredients
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1¼ cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup peanut butter morsels
  • Glaze:
  • 1½ cups confectioners sugar
  • 2 tsp almond or vanilla extract
  • 4 tbs milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Melt one cup chips and butter together, stir until mixed
  3. Stir in eggs, flour, sugar, vanilla and baking soda, mix well
  4. Stir in remaining 1 cup chips and peanut butter morsels
  5. Spread into 13"x9" pan
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until knife in the center comes out clean
  7. Cool in pan
  8. GLAZE INSTRUCTIONS
  9. Combine confectioners sugar, almond or vanilla extract and up to 4 tablespoons of milk until thin enough to run. Drizzle over cooled brownies.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup (two sticks) butter, melted
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 1½ tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups tiny marshmallows
  • Chocolate Ganache Ingredients
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • ¼ cup (half a stick) butter, melted
  • 1 cup peanuts (or chopped up Snickers bars)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in large bowl; set aside
  3. Melt butter and combine water and cocoa; stir until mixed
  4. Add chocolate mixture to flour mixture, beat until combined
  5. Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla; beat until mixed (batter will be THIN)
  6. Pour batter into 15"x10" pan
  7. Bake 25 minutes or until knife in the center comes out clean
  8. Immediately sprinkle marshmallows over hot brownies, spread evenly
  9. Top with chocolate ganache and peanuts (or chopped Snickers bars)
  10. Ganache instructions:
  11. Melt semisweet chocolate chips, butter and whipping cream together, stir until mixed. Drizzle over brownies.

 

Chocolate Cherry Brownies

  • 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • ¾ cup (1½ sticks) butter
  • 1½ cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 pkg (4 serving size) chocolate instant pudding mix
  • ¾ cup chopped maraschino cherries
  • ⅓ cup cherry juice
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Melt chocolate and butter in microwave, stirring until completely melted
  3. Add sugar and mix well
  4. Stir in eggs and vanilla
  5. Add flour and dry pudding mix
  6. Stir in ½ cup chopped cherries and cherry juice
  7. Spread in 13x9" baking pan
  8. Bake 30-35 minutes or util knife in center comes out with crumbs
  9. Cool in pan
  10. Mix Cream cheese, powdered sugar and 7 tbs cherry juice until blended
  11. Drizzle over dessert; top with remaining chopped cherries

 

Mini-Morsel Blond Brownies

Ingredients
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2¼ cups flour
  • 2 cups mini-chocolate chip morsels, divided
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Beat melted butter and sugar together until creamy
  3. Stir in egg and vanilla
  4. Gradually beat in flour
  5. Stir in one cup mini-chocolate chip morsels
  6. Press into bottom of 13"x9" pan
  7. Bake for 35 minutes or until top begins to brown
  8. Immediately sprinkle remaining morsels on top of dough
  9. Let stand five minutes or until morsels are shiny; spread over top
  10. Cool in pan

Chewy Choco-Nut Brownies

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup (1½ stick) butter, melted
  • 1½ cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 6 oz white chocolate, divided
  • 1 cup salted peanuts, chopped
  • 1 oz semisweet chocolate
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Beat melted butter and brown sugar together until fluffy
  3. Beat in eggs, flour, and baking powder
  4. Chop 5 oz of white chocolate and stir into batter along with peanuts.
  5. Spread into 13x9 pan
  6. Bake 25 minutes or until knife in center comes out almost clean. Cool in pan.
  7. Melt 1 oz of white chocolate in microwave and drizzle over brownies.
  8. Melt semi sweet chocolate in microwave and drizzle over brownies

 

Triple Espresso Brownies

Ingredients
  • BROWNIE
  • 1 pkg Family Sized Brownie mix
  • 2 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • FILLING
  • ¼ cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts, pecans or peanuts
  • 10 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • GLAZE
  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbs butter
  • ⅛ tsp instant coffee granules
  • 2 tsp milk or whipping cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. In large bowl, prepare brownie mix as directed on box
  3. Spread in 13x9 pan
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes
  5. In small bowl, combine butter and brown sugar until fluffy
  6. Add egg, coffee granules and vanilla; beat until blended
  7. In medium bowl, mix nuts and chopped chocolate
  8. Stir in brown sugar mixture until well blended
  9. Spoon and carefully spread filling over partially baked brownies
  10. Bake 17-20 minutes longer or until light brown
  11. Melt chocolate chips and butter in small bowl, stir until smooth
  12. Stir in coffee granules and milk or whipping cream until a good drizzling consistency
  13. Drizzle over warm brownies
  14. Cool in pan

Caution; don’t eat these right before going to bed! Good for when you have to stay up late… 🙂
