No Bake Fruit Smoothie Cheesecake

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 4 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 12 oz frozen mixed berries, thawed and drained
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip
Instructions
  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter and sugar; press firmly onto bottom of 13x9" pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and ½ cup sugar in bowl until mixed
  3. Smash drained berries with fork and stir into cream cheese mixture
  4. Stir in two cups of Cool Whip.
  5. Spoon over crust and spread evenly
  6. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Top with remaining Cool Whip

Ingredients
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1¼ cups sugar, divided
  • 6 tbs butter, melted
  • 4 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  2. Mix crumbs and melted butter and ¼ cup of sugar together
  3. Reserve ¼ cup of crumb mixture
  4. Press remaining mixture into bottom of 13x9" pan; set aside
  5. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in large bowl until well blended
  6. Add sour cream and mix well
  7. Stir in lemon juice and lemon extract. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each one.
  8. Pour over crust; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture
  9. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set
  10. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight

 

Lemonade No Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients
  • 2 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup thawed lemonade concentrate
  • 2 tubs (8 oz) Cool Whip
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
Instructions
  1. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; stir in lemonade concentrate until fully mixed
  2. Stir in one tub of Cool Whip
  3. Spoon into 13x9" crust, smooth evenly
  4. Top with remaining tub of Cool Whip
  5. Add sliced strawberries to top
  6. Melt semisweet chocolate and drizzle over strawberries.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight

Ingredients
  • About 50 crushed Vanilla wafers (1½ cups)
  • ¾ cup pecans, chopped, divided
  • ¼ cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • 32 Kraft caramels, unwrapped
  • 3 tbs milk
  • 4 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 oz semisweet chocolate, divided
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
  2. Mix crumbs, ½ cup nuts and butter; press into bottom of 13x9" pan
  3. Microwave unwrapped caramels and milk on medium 4-5 minutes or until caramels are melted. Stir until mixed
  4. Pour over crust, spread to within 1" of edge
  5. Beat cream cheese and sugar until blended
  6. Add sour cream, mix well
  7. Add eggs, mixing after each one
  8. Melt 7 oz chocolate, stir into cream cheese mixture
  9. Pour over caramel layer
  10. Bake 45-50 minutes or until center is almost set
  11. Refrigerate 4 hours
  12. Sprinkle with remaining nuts
  13. Melt 1 oz chocolate, drizzle over nuts

  • ¼ cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • 4 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tbs flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 8 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup blueberries
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F
  2. Mix crumbs and butter; press into bottom of 13x9" pan, bake 10 minutes
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla until blended
  4. Add chocolate, mix well
  5. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well
  6. Pour over crust
  7. Bake 40 minutes or until knife in center comes out almost clean
  8. Cool; top with blueberries

  • 1 cup peanuts, chopped, divided
  • 1¼ cups sugar, divided
  • 6 tbs butter, melted

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup caramel ice cream topping

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Mix crumbs, ½ cup nuts, ¼ cup sugar and butter together, press onto bottom of 13x9" pan. Bake 10 minutes
  3. Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla until well blended
  4. Add sour cream and mix well
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each
  6. Pour over crust
  7. Bake 35 minutes or until center is almost set; cool completely
  8. Refrigerate 4 hours

  • 3 tbs butter, melted
  • 4 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 6 oz semisweet chocolate, melted

  2. Mix cookie crumbs and butter together
  3. Press into bottom of 13x9" baking pan.
  4. Bake 10 minutes
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl until well blended
  6. Add sour cream and mix well
  7. Add eggs, one at a time
  8. Remove one cup of batter, set aside
  9. Stir melted chocolate into remaining batter in bowl
  10. Pour over crust
  11. Top with spoonfuls of remaining 1 cup plain batter; cut through batters with knife for swirling effect
  12. Bake 40 minutes or until a knife in the center comes out clean
  13. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
