Chocolate Nut Truffles

- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers (about 30)
- ¼ cup strawberry preserves
- 1¼ cup chopped nuts
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth
- Beat in the melted chocolate, wafer crumbs and strawberry preserves.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour or until firm
- Using rubber gloves, shape mixture into 1" balls. Roll in chopped nuts and refrigerate.
