  • 3 Tablespoons water
  • 2 Tablespoons instant coffee crystals
  • 1 pkg Brownie Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1½ cups chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. In a small bowl combine water and coffee crystals, stir until dissolved, set aside
  3. In a large bowl combine brownie mix, egg, oil, cinnamon and espresso mixture.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts if desired
  5. Drop dough by teaspoon fulls onto prepared cookie sheet
  6. Bake about 6-10 minutes or until edges are set
  7. Cool on sheet for 2 minutes before removing
